November 25, 2023: Craig Silverman had me on his podcast (episode 183) to discuss my book, Getting Over Jesus: Finding Meaning and Morals without God.
August 17, 2023: Ernest Luning quoted me in Colorado Politics about a Libertarian Party pledge for Republican candidates. Luning writes, "Author Ari Armstrong, a noted advocate for a small-l libertarian approach to government, on Tuesday took issue with the questionnaire's item on the U.S. response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. 'This is insane,' Armstrong wrote in News Miner, his Substack newsletter. 'Russia under Putin has waged a genocidal war against Ukraine. Russia is the obvious aggressor. Negotiating 'peace' with Russia means welcoming Russia's mass murder in Ukraine.'"
June 27, 2023: Colorado Pols quoted my criticisms of the alliance between the Colorado Libertarian Party and the Republican Party.
June 23, 2023: Sherrie Peif quoted me regarding a legislative swipe at the people who died in a submarine.
March 16, 2023: The Colorado Sun quoted me about leaving the state Republican Party.
January 7, 2023: Jon Caldara had me on his Devil's Advocate show to discuss transgender issues and pronouns.
December 10, 2022: Craig Silverman had me on his podcast to discuss Colorado politics and my evolving views.

October 20, 2022: CPR's Andrew Kenney quoted an article of mine about Heidi Ganahl's claims about "furries" in schools.
August 9, 2022: Complete Colorado published my article about TABOR refunds, "Jared Polis thinks you're stupid." Jon Caldara, subbing for Mandy Connell on 850 KOA, had me on to discuss the piece (also on iTunes) starting around the 13:30 minute mark.

April 26, 2022: The Colorado Times Recorder quoted me about secular homeschoolers in Colorado. I criticized Christian Home Educators of Colorado for inviting representatives from Wallbuilders and the John Birch Society to an event at the capitol.
December 10, 2021: Peter Boyles had me on 710 am to discuss problems within the Colorado Republican Party. This was based partly on my article.
November 22, 2021: Gail Fallen had me on 1310 am to discuss Covid trends in Colorado. This was based partly on data I'd discussed in an article and on Twitter.
September 13, 2021: Gail Fallen had me on 1310 am to discuss masks in schools and alternate ways to improve safety, based on my article.
July 28, 2021: Gail Fallen had me on 1310 am to discuss Critical Race Theory, based on my July 27 column on the topic for Complete Colorado.
February 10, 2021: Mandy Connell had me on her radio show to discuss Colorado open records laws. See the audio (36:15 marker), her blog post on the subject, and my article.
November 5, 2020: Jason Salzman quoted me in an article for the Colorado Times Recorder: "I think Democratic successes result largely from the failure of many Republicans to talk sensibly about the issues that most voters care about. In many voters' minds, the GOP is the party that hates gay people and wants to ban all abortions. Now, it is the party often associated with the lunacy of QAnon and the racial nationalism of Donald Trump. That just ain't gonna cut it in statewide races. Republicans need to present a positive vision for how they hope to govern for everyone in Colorado." Quentin Young picked up the quote for an article in Colorado Newsline.

April 17, 2020: I appeared on Jon Caldara's TV program to defend so-called price gouging (more fairly called surge pricing).
April 14, 2020: I appeared on Peter Boyles's radio program to discuss "essential" businesses.
April 6, 2020: Michael Brown on air read part of my column on arbitrary lockdown rules and said, "Ari Armstrong is one of the better writers in Colorado. I don't always agree with everything that he writes, but whatever he writes, makes me think. And that's the sign of a great writer." Peter Boyles also read part of the article on air.
December 2018: Jason Brennan reviewed my book, What's Wrong with Ayn Rand's Objectivist Ethics, for Bleeding Heart Libertarians. Jon Caldara hosted a brief discussion about it for Devil's Advocate.
November 19, 2018: Dan Caplis and Krista Kafer had me on their 630 KHOW radio program to discuss training unarmed civilians to respond to criminal aggressors. The discussion was prompted by my November 18 article in the Colorado Sun on the topic.
August 28, 2017: The Colorado Springs Gazette published my op-ed arguing, "Calling white supremacists, neo-Nazis, and their ilk ‘far right' or ‘extreme,' rather than white supremacists or the like, only obscures their vile nature and helps them falsely claim ties to mainstream America."
April 6, 2017: I spoke with Jason Salzman at a Colorado Common Cause event about fake news.
March 15, 2017: The Colorado Freedom of Information Coalition invited me to participate in a media panel on fake news, moderated by Kyle Clark of 9News. Ari appeared on TV and then on the 9News Facebook feed. Jason Salzman quoted me in his column for BigMedia.org, also reproduced by the Huffington Post. On March 20, Salzman revisited the issue in a subsequent article. See also a larger version of the photo below.
January 31, 2017: One News Now interviewed me about Amazon collecting sales taxes in more states. (A minor correction didn't make it into the piece: The in-state presence pertains to companies shipping to a particular state.)
January 12, 2017: Denver Westword linked to my article, "How Partisans Can Help Fight Fake News." Unfortunately, Westword, quoting Jason Salzman, erroneously called me a "conservative" and didn't offer context for Ari's claims about a no-fake-news pledge. Salzman later corrected the second point via Twitter.
January 11, 2017: Following the publication of my article, "How Partisans Can Help Fight Fake News," Corey Hutchins quoted the article in his newsletter on Colorado media.
January 9, 2017: I spoke at a Jefferson County Republican breakfast about "Reclaiming Liberalism." (On November 29 I spoke on the same topic at Arvada Kiwanas.)
December 14, 2017: I did an interview about Colorado's Amazon tax with Chris Woodward of OneNewsNow.com.
December 1, 2016: I taped an episode of Devil's Advocate, with Mike Krause guest hosting for Jon Caldara, to discuss Ari's essay "Reclaiming Liberalism."
November 28, 2016: Jason Salzman reviewed my book, Reclaiming Liberalism and Other Essays on Personal and Economic Freedom, for Huffington Post. The same article appeared on Salzman's web site on November 25.
October 21, 2016: Is Colorado's end-of-life ballot measure overall pro-liberty? Jon Caldara invited Joe Megyesy and me to discuss it on the Devil's Advocate television show. Ari pointed out some of the important flaws in the language from a liberty perspective.
October 13, 2016: Andy Hooser from KQAM had me on to discuss his new book, Reclaiming Liberalism and Other Essays on Personal and Economic Freedom. See the podcast of the interview; I am on for the first fifteen minutes.
October 10, 2016: I appeared on The Daily Ledger television show to discuss the second presidential debate. In sum, my message was that the debate and the ongoing presidential race are national disgraces, and neither major-party candidate is fit to serve as president.
October 5, 2016: KTRH radio in Houston asked me to comment for its news segment about the Legatum Prosperity Index. In short, I suggested the Index isn't very meaningful because it relies largely on subjective survey responses. See KTRH's article with my comments.
August 22, 2016: Gail Fallen had me on her radio show on 1310 am (Greeley, Colorado) to discuss minimum wage laws, unintended consequences, voter education, and the presidential race.
July 27, 2016: Andy Hooser had me onto his "Voice of Reason" radio program (1480 KQAM, Kansas) to discuss the Democratic and Republican National Conventions, Donald Trump's political tactics, and possible reforms of the Republican caucus-primary system. (I'm on for around the first half-hour.)
July 15, 2016: The Foundation for Economic Education published an article by economist Alex Tabarrok (originally published at Marginal Revolution) that quotes my article, "FDA Deserves Some Blame for Unnecessary Teeth Drilling."
June 24, 2016: I appeared on Jon Caldara's Devil's Advocate television program, hosted by Colorado Public Television. I argued that government ought not interfere with or subsidize a political party's selection of candidates. Another guest, Randy Corporon, discussed the effort to "free the delegates" at the Republican National Convention from their commitment to Donald Trump.
May 12, 2016:I appeared as a guest on Andy Hooser's radio program on 1480 KQAM to discuss the political strategy of seeking to reform the Republican Party.
April 23, 2016: I appeared as a guest on Dave Levine's radio program on 1490 KMET to discuss Colorado's Republican caucus process and the presidential race.
April 14, 2016: I appeared on the Daily Ledger show with Graham Ledger to discuss Colorado's Republican caucus system.
April 12, 2016: I appeared on Vince Coakley's radio show on 106.3 Word to discuss Colorado's Republican caucus system and the presidential race.
April 12, 2016: I appeared briefly on Dana Loesch television show for the Blaze to discuss Colorado's Republican caucus system. An anecdote: I foolishly brought my infant to the library for the interview, and of course he woke up and started crying soon after the interview started, so we had to cut it short.
April 11, 2016: Mark Levin discussed on his radio program my article about the Colorado Republican caucus system.
April 11, 2016: I appeared on CNN to discuss Colorado's Republican caucus system and to dispel some of Donald Trump's misinformation about it. The Right Scoop featured video of the interview in a post.
December 28, 2015: In his article "Why More Guns Are Showing Up at Airports" for Real Clear Policy, Robert VerBruggen cites my comments and interviews with Gary Kleck and John Lott.
